Registration

Our Mission

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be mindful of all registration deadlines, as classes and productions often fill quickly. Once a show reaches capacity, we are no longer able to accept additional registrations. We encourage families to register early to secure a spot.

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in A Children’s Theatre of the Mesilla Valley (ACT) programs and activities, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Understanding of Activities: I understand that my child will be participating in theatre activities including acting, singing, dancing, rehearsals, performances, and related educational activities. While these activities are generally safe, I acknowledge that any physical activity carries some inherent risk of minor injury.

  2. Release of Claims: I hereby release and hold harmless A Children’s Theatre of the Mesilla Valley (ACT), its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and instructors from any claims for minor injuries or accidents that may occur during normal participation in ACT programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  3. Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize ACT staff to seek appropriate medical attention for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred and that ACT will make reasonable efforts to contact me immediately.

  4. Behavior and Supervision: I understand that my child is expected to follow ACT’s rules and guidelines, and that ACT staff will provide appropriate supervision during all program activities.

I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
